Dark-eyed Junco

Junco hyemalis

This junco is a slate-colored morph. Slate-coloreds live in much of the Eastern USA, including Michigan. However, they only come to the lower peninsula of Michigan in winter, migrating north during summer.

I saw this junco at a feeder.
