Centaurium Erythraea

Description:

Centaurium erythraea is a species of flowering plant in the gentian family known by the common names common centaury and European centaury. It is usually found in pink/purple shades, but sometimes it can be found in white color, as this one, which was spotted in Pelion mountain, Greece.

Notes:

It'a name derives from Centaur Chiron, and the plant is a well known herb, mainly used as a tea.
