Cyrtodactylus ingeri
This Sabah bow-fingered gecko - Cyrtodactylus ingeri was seen trying to swallow a prey with many legs, not sure what it is, could be a Long-legged Centipede
Tropical rainforest
No problem. I am now doing doing a herpetofauna survey in Tawau Hills Park, equipped with references on reptiles and amphibians. See you on Monday.
Thanks, @Chun for the correct ID, you have been busy verifying the finds from THP! Wonderful :)
This is a C. ingeri, much rarer and less known than yoshii. With it eating a centipede, this is indeed a SOTW or SOTD material.
Thanks, @Chun.
You yourself also has lots of amazing Spottings and pictures from the trip, waiting for you to share them at PN :p
Long-legged Centipede is the only possible creature from that area that fits the description. Your THP spottings are coming in strong!
