Horsetail

Description:

Up to waist tall plants. One long stem with many soft branches/leaves. Pale blue green color. Each branch/leaf is about 5cm long. Genus: Equisetum

Habitat:

Marsh park - Mercer Slaw

Notes:

I was told by an elderly woman in my hiking group that this is a medicinal plant. Unfortunately I didn't remember the common name she used for how it is called in her country.
