Pica pica
Quite chatty, 'busy-body' birds that always provide you with some entertainment... especially the way they hop around when scavenging for food which ranges from birds/chicks/eggs and fruit. The plumage is black, white, blue (third photo) and green (second photo - tail feathers). The beak and leg colours are dark grey/black.
All year residents in the UK. Found across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, but more localised in Scotland, although not found in the highlands.
One of the few animal species that can recognise itself in a mirror test - Wikipedia.
