Ochotona princeps
A close relative of the rabbit and hare. Pikas live in higher elevations and are Herbivores. This one had a lot of character and like me, was curious.
Mountains of North Western America, usually found in boulder fields.
Pika's are a good indicator of Global Warming. They can only survive about 6 hours in temperatures above 77 degrees.

Thanks Ashley, It's good to be back. This little guy let me get right up to it, pretty much touched it with the lens!
