Spotted inside the car parking very close to open abandoned area with lot of plants.

Thanks Ava T-B. I have added reference. Female moths lay eggs on the pupa of the same species. Not sure the exact reason, may be, cannibalism. BTW, I observed it in this moth species; I'm not sure in other moth species.
