Dendrobium orchid

Oxystophyllum sp.

Description:

flowers about 5mm, thick, flat leaves and plant

Habitat:

tropical rainforest

Notes:

Lowland rainforests, like Bogani Nani Wartabone national park, aren't usually great places for orchids, but this park was an exception. I found 3 orchids in flower along the trail and plus an amazing 5 species in flower on a recently fallen over tree.

Thanks for the ID Matti. I'm not sure which species it is, they all look so similar, think I'll just leave it at the genus level for now.
