Scarabaeidae, Rutelinae, Anomalini, Strigoderma arbicola. You obviously caught a wonderful and probably fresh one. You will rarely see such an intense red as in yours and I cannot imagine it is another beetle than Strigoderma arbicola. It is also called False Japanese Beetle.

Obviously quite variable in presence, intensity and extension of the red/reddish band.
