Sympetrum vulgatum
Common in north and eastern Europe, this darter is distinguished from others by the "drooping moustache". This peculiar female had a red line along the abdomen.
A very dry hillside, quite far from any body of water.
I could be mistaken, let me know if you have other ideas.
