Pyrausta sp.

Description:

Small, crambid moth with pink wings and white antennae. At least two wavy, cream-coloured bands on the wings.

Habitat:

On the under-surface of a white Bauhinia leaf in urban, residential garden.

Notes:

Very similar to Pyrausta signatalis or Raspberry pyrausta moth. However the range is a mismatch: P.signatalis is found in North America,
