I's say it's definitely a true Chanterelle; the irregular and undulating cap, the thick fleshy 'gills', the paler yellow/orange colour, growing under deciduous trees. Good quality photos! I'd expect a false chanterelle to be a darker, more orange colour, have a more rounded cap margin and the gills to be thinner
