Hi Stephanie, thanks for updating. One small point, the scientific name field should only contain the Genus + species binomial name, and nothing else. Where these are not known, if the field is left blank it will still show as awaiting ID and someone may eventually find the precise ID. If you know the Genus only you can add that followed by sp. Levels higher than Genus should be entered in either Description or Notes fields for the time being, we are hoping to add fields for these in a future update.
