Description:

An undescribed species in the genus Eurycea, this salamander is currently being called the "Sandhills Eurycea". It is very similar to the Two-lined Salamander larvae, but is a separate population and is in the process of being described.

Habitat:

Dip-netted from a creek in the sandhills.
