Nice spotting!
And sweet and delicious too...but be very aware, because if you swallow the seed, you are in deep trouble, its highly toxic. Induce vomiting at once.
Trunk of the tree has beautiful red color, but since this is protected species, and it does not grow tall, it is rarely used for furniture.
