Thank you Nikki for pointing me in right direction. But when I had more time to research what was in the area and compared the head, thorax, segments and appendages, Familiar was closest. I then requested confirmation from our local Odonata group, which agreed.
Looks like Boreal Bluet, Enallagma boreale
