Big fly. Approx 3 cm long. White fur around top edge of thorax. Eyes were large and met at front of face. Dark colored wings. Overall color - dark brown.
This fly was found on a car in a rural area. Many farms nearby. Horse pasture next door. Found near a residence with pine trees growing nearby.
Biggest fly I've ever seen. It was just sitting on the window cleaning itself.
