Incredibly pleasant smelling tree, emits a sticky misty "sweat", covered in little flowery looking buds. 2 different types of leaves, one heart shaped and one long and bean shaped.

If you have any info, please let me know. This tree smells amazing and I really love it and am dying to know what it is.
