You'll have to trust me on this ID. My phone camera is all I had and it can't zoom. This guy spent an hour hunting from the top of this tree and I could easily see his yellow chest and belly. He would dart after an insect then come back to the same frond to perch each time.
This tree is by a motel pool just outside town.
