Black Drongo

Dicrurus macrocercus

Description:

Beautiful black bird with a fork tail and a distinct white rictal spot.

Notes:

Love this super black bird, spotted on the Alstonia scholaris or the Indian Devil tree today and had to photograph him though I had clicked a few earlier! Very true to its trait of being fearless and aggressive, it stared at me, turned around a few times but did not fly away :)
