I don't think this is Silver Forget-me-not. More like Small Cupid. Silver Forget-me-not only got two black spots on hindwing but this one got three. Also, the pattern on the hindwing of Silver Forget-me-not is different from this. Silver Forget-me-not's forewing is more pointed.
