Common Earwig

Forficula auricularia

Description:

Common earwig is reddish-brown in color, with a flattened and elongate body. Both sexes have forceps on the tip; in males they are very curved. They are about 12–15 mm long.

Habitat:

On the stairs in front of the entrance door. It survives in a variety of environments.
