Fresh Cockroach

Description:

It just goes to show even a universally condemned creature can be really beautiful. Unsure what this pure white angellic creature was at first, I later noticed an exuvia nearby and the 'give-away' cercii at it's rear end. Approximately 20mm long body with very long antennae and a really clean looking clear shell over the thorax and head completed the surreal 'look'.

Habitat:

Attracted to strong night lights at the local school.

Notes:

1300 and it's a roach !! Yet to search for species.... Blattaria or Blattodea... -> ?? maybe Beautiful ellipsidion (Ellipsidion bicolor) ?
