Pyracantha coccinea
European Firethorn (Pyracantha coccinea) plant with fruits, spotted at the Botanic gardens of Alkazar park, central Larissa city, Thessaly Greece. The species is a Greek native, and its fruits are edible.

I only need to find half a kilo of Pyracantha fruits, and I'll make it :)

Dear @Mark, when I was a kid, I did eat it, it was a bit stiff to my taste! But I just found a great jelly recipe, and I think I'll try to prepare it :)
