It seems that Differential grasshopper also occur in Mexico, Thank you again Forest Dragon for the ID.

This looks like a Differential Grasshopper, Melanoplus differentialis, but I am not sure if they occur in your area. Might need to do a bit more research to find out. They occur all along the southern USA so it wouldn't surprise me if they are also in Mexico.
