A family of RSH has been nesting in my backyard this year and I'm pretty sure this is the last picture I got of one of the babies still hanging around the nest. You can see it fledging out (and looking pretty ridiculous!) here:

Lucky you! I have many visitors in my tree in the backyard, but so far none of them have made a nest there.
