Description:

The gill/fertile surfaces are cream to white. Gills are crowded and narrowly attached to the stipes. Stipes are white (at their apices) and transition to dirty orange at their bases.There are fibrous, purple partial veil remnants at the apices.

Habitat:

Growing in moss near oak roots, at a dense mixed forest edge.
