Australomimetus sp.
About 22mm long including legs; complex patterns on large abdomen, legs and thorax; palps are very plain with just a few hairs... like the long pointy legs.
Inside the back of an outer suburban house.

SS note different 'preferred name' as on Atlas of Living Australia.
Brilliant ID SS... found positive proof of it existing in Aus.
