I believe mate to my previous spotting (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/495... )...both were being harassed by a Kingbird who didn't like them where they were!

Habitat:

Agricultural plains with pockets of old-growth trees.

Thanks, all! Searra, someone told me recently they watched a Red-Tail sit and let the little birds fly around its head...then it snached one out of the air for a snack! Don't know if they do that a lot but it's definitely a possibility! ;-)
