European Tree Frog

Description:

This frogs were just ones from among the hundreds that were singing in a lake on a hot summer evening. This species can be distinguished from the similar stripeless tree frog by its black lateral stripe which reaches until the hind legs.

Habitat:

Permanent freshwater marsh.
