Unknown Spotting ( Two Mushrooms )

Description:

Around 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon, I spotted two, small mushrooms, growing in my front yard. Today, it is windy, and later on it will be raining. This is caused by Hurricane Irma. Around 3:15 p.m. in the afternoon, I brought these two mushrooms back inside my house with me, so they will not be destroyed by Hurricane Irma. I will put these two mushrooms in a pot with some dirt, and then I will put them outside on the back patio, to grow. Mushroom No. One: The stalk is one inch long. The cap is three fourths of an inch long, and three fourths of an inch wide. Mushroom No. Two: The stalk is one inch long. The cap is three fourths of an inch long, and three fourths of an inch wide. The color on top of the caps, is different shades of brown. The gills, are underneath the cap. The gills, is a medium brown color. The top of the caps, felt cold, and the top of the caps, also felt like rubber.

Habitat:

Again, from virtually every habitat. The tropics are the richest in overall fungi, and the northern temperate climate, is richest in mushrooms. Mushrooms, require a fair amount of water, and not too hot or cold extremes.

Notes:

I spotted these two mushrooms, growing in my front yard, at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon.

Good thing the hurricane didn't get them. :)
By the way the mushrooms won't grow any further as they are. But if you allow the spores from within the caps to settle into the soil they might start growing new mushrooms after several months. Just put the caps onto the soil and you would need to keep it all moist and in a well shaded location.
