The adult does not have yellow eyes,it has a yellow patch around the eyes
Looks like a Javan Mynah.
It looks like a young Mynah bird (adult birds have yellow eyes). In Singapore it could easily be a Common, Indian, or Javan mynah, but without adult plumage it is hard to tell which one it is.
