This is one of our 5 " pet" moose. He is a nice little bull. We live 2 miles from Elk Island National park and my property seems to be the chosen sanctuary for the escapees from the park. They spend the winter on my property and prune my raspberries and shrubs quite effectively. Once fall hits our yard is the perfect habitat for these awesome creatures. There is a low lying protected glade for cover and protection, lots of raspberries, mountain ash berries for them to eat and a friendly family to let them enjoy their day unobstructed.
