Just in case you have a problem with posting a reference link ...here is how to. When you are uploading a spotting: On the right you will see a Sign that says, Add a Reference.
There are 3 boxes under it. 1) Encyclopedia of life 2) Wikipedia and 3 for reference addresses for any OTHER site.
All you have to do is copy the address from the address bar of the site you have consulted and paste in it the appropriate box. So, in case you have consulted Wikipedia the address will go in the second box.
PN is not a difficult site to navigate...I hope you will not have any trouble posting Reference links now.
I didn't know they were so highly skilled !! ;-)
Welcome to PN
Hello houseflyflorida ,
Welcome to Project Noah. This is a site dedicated to wildlife; so you can share photos that you have taken of wildlife and engage with the PN community. Please do not take photos from the Internet or from others without permission.
You have a nice first spotting; complete with name and habitat etc. However, it did not have a link in the Reference box on the right. I have provided the Wikipedia link for others who may wish to learn more about this pretty moth.
Enjoy the site. Keep posting. Have fun. See you around.
