Thanks Martin. I actually have the genus narrowed down for this species--Nemoria, I just haven't updated this spotting yet. Unfortunately, you're right, I'm not sure that I can get it down to species from just this photo.

This is an emerald moth
Family=geometridae
They are hard to ID from photos
