Turdud migratorius

Description:

Small blue eggs found in honeysuckle, about 5 ft off ground.

Habitat:

In brushy area on earthen dam between lake and creek. Near tall grass prairie and mixed hardwood.

Notes:

Unfortunately nest was found after tree was cut down. Caught a glimpse of the nest just prior to slashing chainsaw through brush, knocking eggs to the ground.

Robin is what I was thinking, I'm just not positive because I destroyed the nest before I could get a good look at it.
