Dark Green Fungus

This is a many layered fungus or many fungi growing in layers. The coloration was a dark grayish green. The largest was about 26 cm across.

These fungi were found on a tree that would receive morning sun and was located on the edge of the Amazon rainforest in SE Ecuador at an elevation of 3,420 ft.

I'm new to fungi but this is the first one I've see that wasn't some shade of white or red.
