Description:

Black smallish bird. About 2 times bigger then a sparrow, but smaller the a crow. Very dark/black. Brown head, small light colored beak.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like it might have a brownish head? if so, it could be a Brown-headed cowbird.
