Thank you Juan and Lauren for your help with the ID. I added two more photos where the wing venation a little better.
I agree with Juan and I think also that it looks more like a Tachinid than a Soldier Fly. Would you happen to have a picture that shows the wing venation a little better? It's a very neat fly.
