Description:

Can grow very large up to 15m but most are smaller. Well known and has different names in different places, Flame of the Forest being one. Wide crown shaped like an umbrella. Leaves are bipinnately divided. Large red flowers have petioles.

Habitat:

Originally from Madagascar. Originally ornamental, it is now indigenous in many places
