Description:

The hat is deep funnel-shaped with light gray-yellow ribs, and a hollow yellow stalk.

Habitat:

The fungus is often found in moist, dark and moss-covered forest. It likes They usually arrive late in the season and may well grow well into November if it avoids frost.
