African marsh harrier

i got confused, african marsh harrier is quite common (this is not an african marsh harrier, ill change it), its the black harrier that is rare

Seen quite a few up the west coast, along with lots of yellow billed kites and a small grey bird of prey that I think might be a kestrel of sorts...
