Thank you! I submitted to bugguide earlier and they just said Hyalymenus as well, so I'm sure I will find out soon! I will look at the other species they list as being found in Florida and hopefully find out the species.

BugGuide states there are three species within this genus endemic to Florida but only seems to have images of one of them (which looks a lot like yours). Without seeing images of the other two I can't confirm which species this is. This is most likely a male since the hind legs are so large.
