Passalidae, Bess Beetle or Patent-leather Beetle. In the US it would be easy to ID it, since there is only one species: Odontotaenius disjunctus. But there are several hundreds other species in the neotropics, so, unfortuntately I cannot help you more than the family name.

You can see that there is no ID further than the family name, not even the genus is indicated. In this case it is a valid compromise to add the family name in scientific name. It is not possible to get more info from only a picture.
