This is a mantis from genus Tenodera. http://bugguide.net/node/view/386
It is hard to say which species it is with just the one view. Do you have any other views?

This would be a nice addition to the Marvelous Mantids of the World mission: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/1573...

If you know the genus but not the species it is ok to place the genus only in the scientific name box (e.g. Tenodera sp.). Only the genus and species names should go in there. If you are unsure of the genus, it is better to leave that box blank and mark the "help me ID" box. That way other users will know that you may need help with an ID.

Hope this helps! You have some really beautiful spottings.
