Galium aparine
Aptly named as these plant tendrils do easily “grab” onto you. These plants creep along the ground and over the tops of other plants, attaching themselves with the small hooked hairs which grow out of the stems and leaves. They are also known as goosegrass. They are used medicinally for various ailments in the form of teas, poultices, washes and as a pulp.
