Looking at this picture now, I agree with Jason. It's probably Coreidae, not Reduviidae.
I'm thinking hemiptera. Coreidae. Don't know for sure. Huge family.
I'd agree that it's an assassin bug, Reduviidae family. Definitely a nymph, you can see the wing pads. Those spikes on its abdomen might help with an ID.
It looks like an Assasin bug in a white rose, but this is a guess.
