or Dasypus pilosus because it's hairy . . .

Also possible it's Dasypus yepesi because it was found in the Salta province --

"A seventh species, Yepes's mulita (D. yepesi) has been proposed based on some specimens from the Jujuy and Salta provinces of Argentina, but to date insufficient taxonomic data exists to confirm the existence of these animals as a distinct species."

Not sure if it's a 3-banded or a 9-banded. If a 3-banded, then Tolypeutes tricinctus.

I have no idea...I haven't ever seen one with so much hair either.
