Project Noah Nature School
Schistocerca Nitens
The Hoppers mission is for planthoppers, treehoppers & other members of the Cicadoidea family only so I have removed this from the mission for you.
Yikes!
A whopper!
Looks similar to some of the grasshoppers we have in Spain. For your info, crickets have much longer antennae. If conditions are right, grasshoppers this size can mutate into locusts.
It was around 3-4 inches. Very big guy
Not a camel cricket, or a cricket of any sort, but a grasshopper.
