American nightshade. This picture displays both unripe and the blue ripe fruit. They slightly resemble tiny cherry tomatoes but these berries are poisonous.

Habitat:

This American nightshade plant is actually growing in the wildflower garden in the backyard. Good to know that it is poisonous.
